So, don't look anymore for diets that tell you that carbohydrates are the main source of obesity and that's why you shouldn't eat them anymore. These diets are usually not very real because they lie from the start, and carbs aren't the main source for obesity.
Where can we find carbohydrates? The carbs are very concentrated in bread, pasta, rice and cereals in general, potatoes, porridge, oatmeal, cornflour.
